Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked with a move for Israeli midfielder Oscar Gloukh. The 19-year-old joined Red Bull Salzburg from Maccabi Tel Aviv in January 2023 for លាន 7 million ($ 7.4 million).
