Rodrygo celebrates in the style of Cristiano Ronaldo after scoring against Chelsea in the Champions League at Stamford Bridge in the second leg of the quarter-finals.
Two goals from Brazil striker Rodrygo helped Madrid to a 2-0 victory to take Carlo Ancelotti’s side to the semi-finals.
The 22-year-old Santos has scored a total of 15 goals in 37 games, of which only 19 have made the starting XI.
It was after his first goal that Rodrygo jumped in celebration of the Siuuu style of Ronaldo, Real Madrid’s all-time leading goalscorer.
Rodrygo told Movistar: “At first I thought about celebrating by dragging my knees on the pitch, but my knee was inflamed and then my idol Cristiano popped into my mind and I did it.
“I hope to continue like this, score more goals and pass the ball well and win the Champions League many more times.”
