Olympic president and Filipino athletes compete in the SEA Games torch relay in Tagaytay

The 2023 SEA Games-ASEAN Para Games Torch Relay Ceremony continued in Tagaytay, Philippines on the morning of March 27 with the participation of Mr. Phorn Pov, Cambodian Ambassador to the Philippines Mr. Abraham Tolentino, President of the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) and many other famous Filipino athletes.

Hor Sarun, Special Envoy of the CAMSOC, led a fireworks display in Tagaytay at 7 am in the Philippines [6 am in Cambodia]. The event was attended by Mr. Phorn Pov, Cambodian Ambassador to the Philippines, Mr. Abraham Tolentino, President of the POC, Mr. Michael Barredo, President of the Philippine Paralympic Committee and many other athletes representing Philippine sports.

The torch relay in the Philippines is about 3 kilometers long, with the participants in charge running in 15 different locations.

    6-Global Boxing Athlete Presented to Taekwondo Athlete Leila Delo, Baby Jessica Canabal, Samuel Morrison.
    7-Taekwondo Athlete Presented to Taekwondo Athlete Josep Chua, Kurk
    8-Taekwondo Athlete Presented to Harvey Navarro

The Philippines is the second country in Southeast Asia to host the SEA Games after Vietnam. Brunei is the third country after the Philippines to host the 2023 SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games.
