The 36-year-old Costa Rica international has moved to the French capital to join the Premier League relegation squad, joining Nottingham Forest on loan for the remainder of the January season.
Navas will enjoy another chance with the Ligue 1 leaders after Gianluigi Donnarumma took over as PSG goalkeeper. He told Canal +:
“I have one year left on my contract in Paris. If I had to go back there and play, I would feel like I could win the Champions League with PSG.
I do not like the situation I am facing in Paris. I want to feel that the team loves me. I always feel good playing.
When I was at PSG, no one could say I was causing problems that I did not train or that I did not do well, instead I wanted to train more and show that I could play. “But unfortunately I did not have a chance.”
Navas does not know where he will play next season and is keeping his options open.
He added: “I feel like I can play for any team. We will see what happens in the future. I want when I end my loan here to see the club’s intentions. “Then we can make a decision.”
