Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has admitted he believes he can win the Ballon d'Or this year.

Haaland are among the favorites for this year's title after scoring 52 goals in 53 games last season and winning the Champions League, Premier League and FA Cup.

No one can compete with Haaland at club level, and Haaland has admitted he is in the running to win the Ballon d’Or.


He told France Football:

"I believe in myself, I really win. "I know I can still improve a lot, I was young, but yes I think I have a chance to win this year."

Haaland face Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi, the last to lead Argentina to the 2022 World Cup.
