Daesung’s departure makes G-Dragon the lone member of BIGBANG at YG Entertainment. On January 2, Daesung posted the letter on his Chanel YouTube. In the letter, Daesung thanked and revealed that he was really excited about the start of his career.

Thank you for taking care of me for so long that has helped me grow. I sincerely thank you. I keep these feelings close to my heart, I will leave to start a new adventure.
