The Cambodian national volleyball team defeated Singapore 3-1 after a hard-fought Tri-Nation volleyball tournament at the MBSA Indoor Volleyball Hall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on March 30. 2023.

The match between Cambodia and Singapore ended in a very tense situation, in the first set, Cambodia led Singapore by a close score of 25-20 and went on to win in the second set by a score of 25- 19.

However, the strong team Singapore beat Cambodia back in the third set with a result of 25-22. What was tense for both teams was the fight in the fourth set, which was the final decision. As a result, Cambodia still did well, beating Singapore 25-12.

The Malaysian volleyball team (A) defeated Malaysia (B) without a fight, ending in a 3-0 set. In the first set, Malaysia (A) took a 25-15 lead and went on to win the second set by a tense situation, ending 29-27, and finally in the third set 25-16.

It should be noted that after beating Singapore, the Cambodian team will continue to meet Malaysia (B) at 7:30 pm, while Singapore must meet Malaysia (A) at 9:30 pm on March 31, 2023 to decide. Advance to the final of the Tri-Nation Volleyball Championship in Malaysia.
