Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount admits his side need improvement after suffering their worst start to a Premier League season.

Mount, who returned to the Premier League after a six-week injury lay-off, says United need to improve.

Mount said:

"We knew we needed to win these games and it was a difficult start.

When they score, they defend well, which makes it difficult to create chances. We had some opportunities, but they were not enough.

"We know we have to go back and look at the areas we need to improve and we need to improve because we want to win games, we want to win every game we have."
