Sailing Events officially opens for the 2023 SEA Games on Tuesday, May 2 in Sihanoukville, starting at 10:30.

In Men’s WindFoil IQ: Foil, Hem Sophy competes against John Harold Abarintos Madrigal of the Philippines, Singapore’s Elkan Reshaw Oh and Thailand’s Ek Boonsawad.
